International conference Security and Cooperation in Caucasus to take place in Yerevan

The international conference Security and Cooperation in Caucasus will take place in Yerevan on May 14-15th with participation of Secretary General of Collective Security Treaty Organization (CSTO), Nikolay Bordyuzha, the agency reports citing the press service of the CSTO Secretariat.

Kazakhstan Today - The international conference Security and Cooperation in Caucasus will take place in Yerevan on May 14-15th with participation of Secretary General of Collective Security Treaty Organization (CSTO), Nikolay Bordyuzha, the agency reports citing the press service of the CSTO Secretariat.

According to the press service, during the event it is planned to discuss a wide spectrum of problems of international cooperation, security, and resolution of the crisis situations in the region. In particular, the participants of the conference will consider the issues of regional safety of Southern Caucasus, as a component of modern European safety, resolution of ethno-political conflicts, development of regional cooperation in counteraction to international terrorism, illegal circulation of drugs and weapons, and maintenance of regional information safety.
