Iran and IAEA coordinated formula of uranium enrichment

Iran and IAEA have coordinated the uranium enrichment formula, but there are still some details to be worked on. The head of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Iran, Manuchehr Mottaki, said, following the results of the negotiations with the Minister for Foreign Affairs of Russia, Sergey Lavrov, the agency reports citing ITAR-TASS.

Almaty. February 8. Kazakhstan Today - Iran and IAEA have coordinated the uranium enrichment formula, but there are still some details to be worked on. The head of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Iran, Manuchehr Mottaki, said, following the results of the negotiations with the Minister for Foreign Affairs of Russia, Sergey Lavrov, the agency reports citing ITAR-TASS.

"The Minister of Foreign Affairs of Iran, Manuchehr Mottaki, has not added anything at today's meeting, besides what the President, Mahmud Ahmadinezhad, had already said. We have discussed variants that can be used to realize the arrangements reached on October 1 in Geneva."

"The most important thing that both parties (The Six and IAEA) recognize nuclear fuel exchange formula. This formula consists of three elements: exchange time, exchange place and quantity of fuel participating in exchange," the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Iran said.

"The time is required for uranium enrichment up to 20 %. Five constant members of the UN Security Council and Germany also agree with our colleagues. After everything is be ready, we will be able to exchange our 3 percentage uranium to 20 percent."
