Iran will provide to Kyrgyzstan access to two ports in the Persian Gulf, the agency reports referring to the press service of the Ministry for Foreign Affairs of the Kyrgyzstan Republic.

Bishkek. August 13. Kazakhstan Today - Iran will provide to Kyrgyzstan access to two ports in the Persian Gulf, the agency reports referring to the press service of the Ministry for Foreign Affairs of the Kyrgyzstan Republic.

According to the press service, Vice Minister of Roads Transportation, Managing Director of the Ports and Shippig Organization of Iran, Ali Taheri-Motlaq, informed on this intention during the meeting with Kyrgyzstan Ambassador to the Islamic Republic Iran, Medetkan Sherimkulov.

According to A. T. Motlaq, the first site in the size of 11 hectares, offered to Kyrgyzstan for rent, is located in the special mining and iron and steel industry zone of the Persian Gulf Bandar Abbas. According to Managing Director of the special zone Bandar Abbas, Bahman Ayar Rezai, recently the expert group from Kyrgyzstan, having started to work in the zone, will receive good opportunities. This zone will turn into the largest in the country center of manufacture of steel and aluminium.

The second site, according to A. T. Motlaq, is the trading port Shahid Radzhai located near the other similar zone Halidzhe Phars, in 13 km to the west of Bandar Abbas.

According to the press service of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the issue of rent and use of both sites will be considered in the near future during A. T. Motlaq's visit to Bishkek.
