Kazakhstan delegation to take part in UNCTAD session in Akkra

Kazakhstan delegation will take part in XII session of the UN Conference on Trade and Development (UNCTAD), which will be held on April 20-25 in the capital of Ghana Akkra. The official representative of the Ministry for Foreign Affairs of Kazakhstan Yerzhan Ashikbayev informed at the briefing today , the agency reports.

Kazakhstan Today - Kazakhstan delegation will take part in XII session of the UN Conference on Trade and Development (UNCTAD), which will be held on April 20-25 in the capital of Ghana Akkra. The official representative of the Ministry for Foreign Affairs of Kazakhstan Yerzhan Ashikbayev informed at the briefing today , the agency reports.

"During the session the Kazakhstan delegation will make reports at the plenary session and at a number of special events," Y. Ashikbayev informed.

Kazakhstan experts will participate in the section - Potential and prospects of development of trade and investments of developing countries and the countries with the transition economy and also at the meeting of the group of the developing landlocked countries.

Kazakhstan has been UNCTAD member since 1992. UNCTAD is the main organ for trade and development of the UN General Assembly. The organization has been a forum platform for more than 40 years where the developing and developed countries develop strategic vision for solution of trade problems.
