Kazakhstan PM to visit Kabul

The Prime Minister of Kazakhstan, Karim Masimov, plans to visit Kabul. The Minister for Foreign Affairs of Kazakhstan, Marat Tazhin, informed in Washington's Carnegie Endowment for International Peace making the report - Kazakhstan in the Global World, the agency reports referring to the press service of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Kazakhstan.

Almaty. October 3. Kazakhstan Today - The Prime Minister of Kazakhstan, Karim Masimov, plans to visit Kabul. The Minister for Foreign Affairs of Kazakhstan, Marat Tazhin, informed in Washington's Carnegie Endowment for International Peace making the report - Kazakhstan in the Global World, the agency reports referring to the press service of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Kazakhstan.

According to M. Tazhin, the government of Kazakhstan has accepted a special Plan of Action in Afghanistan for 2007 - 2008, which will require $3 million on rendering assistance to Afghanistan.

"The work on planning of assistance for 2009 - 2011 is being conducted. The Prime Minister of Kazakhstan will visit Kabul in the near future," Kazakhstan Foreign Minister said.
