Kazakhstan President, King of Jordan discussed prospects of bilateral cooperation

The President of Kazakhstan Nursultan Nazarbayev within World Economic Forum (Davos) for the Middle East in Egypt met King of Jordan Abdalla II Bin Hussein, the president's press service informed the agency.

Astana. May 19. Kazakhstan Today - The President of Kazakhstan Nursultan Nazarbayev within World Economic Forum (Davos) for the Middle East in Egypt met King of Jordan Abdalla II Bin Hussein, the president's press service informed the agency.

N. Nazarbayev noted that Kazakhstan -Jordanian relations are one of the most dynamically developing directions of cooperation of Kazakhstan with the Arabian countries. The President noted successful development of cooperation in investment sphere. As it was informed earlier, the Jordanian businessmen plan to take part in development of Kenderli tourist zone on the coast of the Caspian Sea investing $1.5 billion.

"The key role is played by Kazakhstan -Jordanian Business Council that makes contacts between business circles of two countries more active. The leader of the state noted necessity to encourage partner relations between private sectors of two countries, organization of business-forums on constant basis," the message informs.

During the talks the parties exchanged opinions on the questions of regional and world issues, the press service informed.
