Kazakhstan Prime Minister met Federal Minister of Defense of Islamic Republic of Pakistan

The Prime Minister of Kazakhstan, Karim Masimov, held the meeting with the Federal Minister of Defense of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, Ahmad Muhtar Chaudri, the agency reports referring to the press service of prime minister of Kazakhstan.

Astana. October 31. Kazakhstan Today - The Prime Minister of Kazakhstan, Karim Masimov, held the meeting with the Federal Minister of Defense of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, Ahmad Muhtar Chaudri, the agency reports referring to the press service of prime minister of Kazakhstan.

According to the press service, the meeting participants exchanged opinions on a broad range of questions of economic and military-technical cooperation between Kazakhstan and Pakistan.

In particular, the interlocutors discussed questions of cooperation in energy sphere, where, in the opinion of M. Chaudri, there is more potential for development of mutually beneficial partnership in the field of use of nuclear energy for peaceful purposes.

"The parties emphasized the necessity of strengthening of bilateral communications and expressed confidence that the reached level of mutual understanding will promote further cooperation development," the press service informs.
