Kazakhstan Prime Minister suggests holding SCO Economic Forum on regular basis

The Prime Minister of Kazakhstan, Karim Masimov, suggests holding the Economic Forum of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO) on regular basis. He stated today during the next session of the Council of Prime Ministers of the SCO member states, the agency reports.

Astana. October 30. Kazakhstan Today - The Prime Minister of Kazakhstan, Karim Masimov, suggests holding the Economic Forum of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO) on regular basis. He stated today during the next session of the Council of Prime Ministers of the SCO member states, the agency reports.

"We positively estimate signing the memorandum of partner relations between Eurasian Bank of Development and SCO Interbank Association. Practical interaction of these two structures will become a bright example of successful interbank cooperation and provide additional opportunities for crediting the projects within this organization," K. Masimov said.

"In our opinion, one of the forms of cooperation with Business Council - Interbank Association - SCO Forum could be SCO Economic Forum held on regular basis once in two years with participation of the governmental, enterprise, bank, financial and scientifically-political circles of the SCO member states, and the international economic institutes," he considers.
