"Close coordination of our efforts has proved its efficiency in the regional structures on the Eurasian space and in many respects contributed to promotion of the integration processes within the CIS, EurAsEC, CSTO, and SCO. I am certain that together we can effectively counteract the new economic and financial challenges, realize the projects directed at maintenance of stability and improvement of quality of life of our citizens," the text of the telegram on kremlin.ru. states.

"Over the last years Kazakhstan has achieved significant successes in economy and social spheres: stability, concord in the society and active foreign policy became a reliable basis for strengthening of the international authority of the state," D. Medvedev said.
