"The SCO countries need to agree on coordination of economic activities in Afghanistan within the limits of the planned special international conference on the Afghani theme in the interests of restoration and development of economic potential of this country." "Only a healthy economy is capable to solve and eliminate the reasons generating problems of terrorism and drug business outgoing from the territory of this country," the Prime Minister said.

K. Masimov noted "today SCO countries have new objectives connected with worsening of challenges and threats to security and stability in the region making the states to respond more adequately and operatively."

SCO includes Kazakhstan, China, Kyrgyzstan, Russia, Tajikistan and Uzbekistan.
