Kazakhstan to become full member of Asian Parliamentary Assembly

Kazakhstan plans to become a full member of the Asian Parliamentary Assembly (APA). The Secretary General of the Asian Parliamentary Assembly, Seyyed Mohammad-Hadi Nejadhosseinian, informed today in Astana during the meeting with first vice chairman of Nur Otan party, Darhan Kaletayev, the agency reports.

Astana. September 24. Kazakhstan Today - Kazakhstan plans to become a full member of the Asian Parliamentary Assembly (APA). The Secretary General of the Asian Parliamentary Assembly, Seyyed Mohammad-Hadi Nejadhosseinian, informed today in Astana during the meeting with first vice chairman of Nur Otan party, Darhan Kaletayev, the agency reports.

"About 3 months ago, we received the letter from the Embassy of Kazakhstan in Teheran about an intention of Kazakhstan to become an observer in the Asian Parliamentary Assembly. We offered Kazakhstan to inquiry about full membership during the General Assembly, which will be held on December 7-10 in Indonesia," Mohammad-Hadi Nejadhosseinian informed.
