Kazakhstan, Ukraine signed bilateral documents

The President of Kazakhstan, Nursultan Nazarbayev, and the President of Ukraine, Victor Yanukovych, signed a number of documents, the agency reports citing the Ukrainian president's press service.

Almaty. September 15. Kazakhstan Today - The President of Kazakhstan, Nursultan Nazarbayev, and the President of Ukraine, Victor Yanukovych, signed a number of documents, the agency reports citing the Ukrainian president's press service.

According to the press service, N. Nazarbayev and V. Yanukovych signed the protocol on amendments to the Ukraine -Kazakhstan Action Plan 2010-2011.

In the presence of two heads of state, the Ukrainian and Kazakh delegation signed the following documents directed at development of the Kazakhstan-Ukrainian cooperation: Agreement between the Government of Ukraine and the Government of Kazakhstan on reciprocal accommodation of diplomatic mission of Ukraine and Kazakhstan; Agreement between the Ministries of Education and Science of Ukraine and Kazakhstan on cooperation in education and science; Agreement on cooperation between the Ombudsman in Ukraine and Ombudsman in the Republic of Kazakhstan; Agreement between the Ministry of Ukraine for Family, Youth and Sports and the Ministry of Tourism and Sports of Kazakhstan on cooperation in physical culture and sports; Agreement on creation of favorable tariffs for railway transportation; Memorandum of understanding between the State Committee for Financial Monitoring of Ukraine and the Ministry of Finance of Kazakhstan on cooperation in fighting legalization (laundering) of proceeds from crime and terrorism financing, and Plan of cooperation in space research for 2010-2011 between the National Space Agencies of Ukraine and Kazakhstan.
