Kazakhstanis enjoy visa-free regime with 19 countries

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Kazakhstan, within its competence on an ongoing basis, is working to further enhance the investment and tourist attractiveness of the country and the safe liberalization of the visa regime of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
Kazakhstan’s people could travel to 19 states in frames of a visa-free regime, Kazinform INA reports with a reference to the press service of the Kazakh Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

Kazakhstan signed bilateral agreements on an exemption from visa requirements for holders of national general passports with 20 countries," the ministry’s response reads.

The visa-free regime list is as follows:

1. Azerbaijan (up to 30 days);

2. Argentina (up to 30 days);

3. Armenia (up to 90 days);

4. Belarus (up to 90 days);

5. Brazil (up to 30 days);

6. Hong Kong (up to 14 days);

7. Georgia (up to 90 days);

8. Korea (up to 30 days);

9. Cuba (up to 30 days) - has not entered into force;

10. Kyrgyzstan (up to 90 days);

11. Moldova (up to 90 days);

12. Mongolia (up to 90 days);

13. Russia (up to 90 days);

14. Tajikistan (up to 30 days);

15. Uzbekistan (up to 30 days);

16. Ukraine (up to 90 days);

17. Serbia (up to 30 days);

18. Turkey (up to 30 days);

19. Ecuador (up to 30 days).

20. United Arab Emirates (up to 30 days).

Meanwhile the authority, within its competence on an ongoing basis, is working to further enhance the investment and tourist attractiveness of the country and the safe liberalization of the visa regime of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

At present, citizens of 45 countries have the right to visa-free entry into Kazakhstan for up to 30 calendar days. These are countries such as Australia, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Canada, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malaysia, Malta, , Monaco, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, United Arab Emirates, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Singapore, Slovakia, Slovenia, USA, Turkey, Finland, France, Croatia, Czech Republic, Chile, Switzerland, Sweden, Estonia, Japan.
