Kazakhstan's WTO accession bilateral negotiations began in Washington

Bilateral negotiations of high level regarding introduction of Kazakhstan into the World Trade Organization (WTO) began in Washington, the agency reports citing an information resource Vesti.Ru.

Almaty. September 13. Kazakhstan Today - Bilateral negotiations of high level regarding introduction of Kazakhstan into the World Trade Organization (WTO) began in Washington, the agency reports citing an information resource Vesti.Ru.

Kazakhstan delegation headed by First Vice Prime Minister of Kazakhstan, Umirzak Shukeev, will be in Washington from September 13 until September 17.

The delegation also includes Minister of Economic Development and Trade of Kazakhstan, Zhanar Aytzhanova. The delegation members expect some significant changes in the negotiation process regarding introduction of Kazakhstan into the WTO. The Kazakhstan delegation will hold meetings in the White House, the Department of State, the Congress, and with United States Trade Representative Ron Kirk.
