"However, the union of two states does not mean unification of Kyrgyzstan and Kazakhstan. Mutual relations of the neighboring states are based on mutually beneficial cooperation. As of today, economic, political and humanitarian relations of Kyrgyzstan and Kazakhstan have progressing dynamics," B. Albergenov said.
