Kyrgyzstan received access to ports of Persian Gulf

Kyrgyzstan has received access to ports of the Persian Gulf. The chairman, General Director of special economic zone (SEZ) of mining, iron and steel industry of the Persian Gulf at the Ministry of Industry of the Islamic Republic of Iran, Bander-Abbas Bahman Aiyr Rezai informed the Prime Minister of the Kyrgyz Republic, Igor Chudinov, the government's press service informed the agency.

Bishkek. July 16. Kazakhstan Today - Kyrgyzstan has received access to ports of the Persian Gulf. The chairman, General Director of special economic zone (SEZ) of mining, iron and steel industry of the Persian Gulf at the Ministry of Industry of the Islamic Republic of Iran, Bander-Abbas Bahman Aiyr Rezai informed the Prime Minister of the Kyrgyz Republic, Igor Chudinov, the government's press service informed the agency.

According to the press service, the Prime Minister of the Kyrgyz Republic expressed B. A. Rezai gratitude for assistance in the trip of the expert group of Kyrgyzstan to this zone. He expressed the belief that participation of Kyrgyzstan in this investment will promote strengthening of bilateral trade and economic cooperation.

Bander-Abbas Bahman Aiyr Rezai informed that Iran has already given 11 hectars to the Kirghiz companies. "Your republic, having started to work in Bander-Abbas, has received good opportunities as this zone will turn to the largest center of manufacture of steel and aluminium," SEZ General Director said.

More than 100 Iranian companies working in Kyrgyzstan have created base for realization of large joint projects.

I. Chudinov stated that Kyrgyzstan is open for investments of Iran for construction of Kambarat hydroelectric stations-1 and hydroelectric station-2. "The launch of these hydroelectric power stations will increase export of our electric power and Iran will import electric energy," the Prime Minister of the Kyrgyz Republic said.
