Astana. October 31. Kazakhstan Today - The chairman of the Majilis Committee of Kazakhstan for International Affairs, Defense and Security Nurbah Rustemov held the meeting with the parliamentary delegation Germany headed by the deputy of the Bundestag Maria Flachsbarth on Tuesday, the agency reports referring to the message of the Majilis press service.
At the meeting the parties discussed the questions of training of the Kazakhstan grant-aided students under the program International parliamentary internship directed at assistance in development of interstate and inter-parliamentary political communications, the press service informed.
The international parliamentary internship is financed by the German Bundestag, and is conducted in coordination with the Berlin Humboldt University and the Berlin Technical University. The internship gives possibility to receive three-monthly training in the Bundestag in various political structures and funds as well as high schools of Germany.
Since 2005 14 Kazakhstan grant-aided students took internship within the limits of the program of the international parliamentary in the German Bundestag.
At the end of the meeting the parties expressed interest in further development of inter-parliamentary relations between two countries, the Majilis press service informs.
