Moscow hosted III Forum of National Mass Media of CIS countries
Moscow. December 2. Kazakhstan Today - Third Forum of National Mass Media of the countries of the Commonwealths of Independent States (CIS) started its work yesterday in Moscow, the agency reports with reference to the press service of Interstate Humanitarian Cooperation Fund of the CIS member states.
According to the press service of the fund, III Forum of National Mass Media of the CIS countries - Mass Media and Humanitarian Potential of the Commonwealth of Independent States started its work on Monday, December 1st, in Moscow. About 200 representatives of the leading mass media, expert-analytical institutions from 11 countries of the Commonwealth, and Latvia are taking part in the event organized by the Interstate Humanitarian Cooperation Fund of the CIS member states and RIA Novosti. Georgia at the forum is presented by the television channels 'Imedi' and 'Rustavi-2'.
The program of III Forum includes the session on the subject - Post Soviet Space: Stable Information Partnership in the Changing World. Humanitarian Aspect; section work - printed mass media, radio and TV, news agencies and online mass media agencies; as well as round tables; discussions for the open exchange of opinions; and video bridges, which will connect Moscow to a number of CIS capitals.
