New Ambassador of Kazakhstan to Turkey started his duties
Almaty. July 23. Kazakhstan Today - The new Ambassador of Kazakhstan to Turkey, Bagdat Amreev, started his official duties, the agency reports referring to the press service of Kazakhstan Embassy in Turkish Republic.
According to the press service, solemn ceremony of presentation of credentials to the President of the Turkish Republic, Abdulla Gul, by the Plenipotentiary and Extraordinary Ambassador of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Bagdat Amreev, took place in the Turkish Republic yesterday in Ankara in the Palace of the President of Turkey Cankaya.
After presentation of credentials the Ambassador held the talks with the President of Turkey, during which A. Gul estimated the present condition of Kazakhstan-Turkish relations and confirmed aspiration of Turkish leadership to continue development of cooperation of Kazakhstan and Turkey on a broad range of bilateral and international issues.
The leader of Turky spoke warmly about the results of his recent visit to Astana where he took part in the solemn events devoted to the 10th anniversary of the capital of Kazakhstan and the negotiations with the President of Kazakhstan, Nursultan Nazarbayev. A.Gul informed that Turkey supports all projects and initiatives of brotherly Kazakhstan and is pleased and proud of its achievements.
The Ambassador noted that joint large projects on the agenda of Kazakhstan-Turkish relations, especially in the sphere of multilateral political cooperation, trade and economic, first of all, in transport-communication, investment and cultural-humanitarian spheres are called to provide development in strengthening of bilateral cooperation and rasing Kazakhstan-Turkish relations to a qualitatively new level.
B. Amreev thanked the President A. Gul for warm reception and assured that he will do his best for development of mutual relations between Kazakhstan and Turkey.
A. Gul conveyed best regards to the President of Kazakhstan N. Nazarbayev and wished successes the new Kazakhstan Ambassador in Turkey.
