Officers of Kazakhstan can bring essential contributions to the work of the International Security Assistance Force (ISAF) in Afghanistan. Vice Minister of Defense of Kazakhstan, Bulat Sembinov, stated on Thursday during the Third Security Forum of Euro-Atlantic Partnership Council (EAPC), the agency reports.

Astana. June 26. Kazakhstan Today - Officers of Kazakhstan can bring essential contributions to the work of the International Security Assistance Force (ISAF) in Afghanistan. Vice Minister of Defense of Kazakhstan, Bulat Sembinov, stated on Thursday during the Third Security Forum of Euro-Atlantic Partnership Council (EAPC), the agency reports.

"Kazakhstan actively cooperates with the Alliance in realization of the Individual Partnership Action Plan, the process of planning and analysis, the concept of operative potential that allows qualitatively improving peace-making potential of the country.

"The experience of our Armed Forces in Iraq has demonstrated importance of our cooperation."

"I believe that our officers can bring essential contributions to ISAF work," B. Sembinov concluded.
