Preparation of Russian President's visit to Kazakhstan to be discussed by Ministers of Foreign Affairs of two countries in Moscow

Astana. May 4. Kazakhstan Today - The Minister for Foreign Affairs of Kazakhstan Marat Tazhin will visit Russia on May 5. The official representative of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Kazakhstan Yerzhan Ashikbayev informed today at the briefing, the agency reports.

"During the visit the meeting participants will discuss the questions of the forthcoming visit of the newly elected President of the Russian Federation Dmitry Medvedev to the Republic of Kazakhstan," Y. Ashikbayev said.

The Ministers of Foreign Affairs will discuss current condition and prospects of further development of bilateral cooperation of Kazakhstan and Russia, including realization of the plan of joint actions for 2007 - 2008 specifying concrete directions of bilateral cooperation, the terms of their realization, and interaction of two countries within the limits of the United Nations, OSCE, SCO, CIS, EurAsEC, CSTO, CICMA and other international organizations and forums.
