Almaty. August 13. Kazakhstan Today - A presentation of the U.S. program for Central Asia, 'New Silk Road' is canceledin Almaty, Kazakhstan Today reports.

"A presentation by Robert O. Blake, Assistant Secretary of State for South and Central Asian Affairs of the U.S. foreign policy program 'New Silk Road', scheduled for August 14 this year, is canceled due to changes in the schedule of the U.S. delegation visit," the Institute of World Economics and Politics under the Foundation of the first President of Kazakhstan informed.

As previously reported, an exclusive presentation of the U.S. foreign policy program 'New Silk Road' was planned for August 14. Robert O. Blake, Assistant Secretary of State for South and Central Asian Affairs was expected to be a speaker.

"During the presentation, a high-ranking guests from the USA will present the fundamentals and the prospects of this strategy, which is the basic conceptual platform of the U.S. for states of Central and South Asia," the announcement of the event said.
