President of Kyrgyzstan signed law on ratification of agreement between Kazakhstan and Kyrgyzstan governments on transfer of sanatorium on the shore of Issyk Kul
Bishkek. May 26. Kazakhstan Today - The President of Kyrgyzstan Republic Kurmanbek Bakiyev signed the law on ratification of the Agreement between the government of Kyrgyzstan and the government of Kazakhstan on settlement of property rights of the Republic of Kazakhstan on the objects of resort-recreational facilities located on the territory of Issyk Kul region of Kyrgyzstan, signed on July 4, 2006 in the city of Astana. The agency reports referring to the president's press service.
According to the press service, in accordance with the contract and Land Code of Kyrgyzstan, it is entrusted to conclude with the government of Kazakhstan international contract on granting land areas for temporary use with indication of the rent size and land tax for the rented land with the subsequent ratification in the Parliament of Kyrgyzstan.
According to the Law, the Ministry for Foreign Affairs of Kyrgyzstan has been charged to notify the Kazakhstan party on performance of the interstate procedures by Kyrgyzstan necessary for coming into force of the agreement. The law inures from the date of publication.
