Presidents of Kazakhstan and Russia held meeting in Dushanbe

The President of Kazakhstan, Nursultan Nazarbayev, met the President of the Russian Federation, Dmitry Medvedev, today in Dushanbe, the agency reports referring to the president's press service.

Almaty. August 28. Kazakhstan Today - The President of Kazakhstan, Nursultan Nazarbayev, met the President of the Russian Federation, Dmitry Medvedev, today in Dushanbe, the agency reports referring to the president's press service.

According to the press service, during the meeting two presidents discussed the questions of bilateral cooperation.

"The leaders of two countries expressed satisfaction with rates and dynamics of development of mutual relations, in particular growth of volumes of trade and economic cooperation," the message informs.

According to the press service, N. Nazarbayev invited D. Medvedev to take part in the Kazakhstan-Russian forum of frontier territories, which will take place in September of 2008 in Aktobe.
