Presidents of Kazakhstan, Russia, Belarus signed Declaration on formation of uniform economic space

The Presidents of Kazakhstan, Nursultan Nazarbayev, Belarus, Alexander Lukashenko, and Russia, Dmitry Medvedev, signed the Declaration on formation of the uniform economic space of Belorussia, Kazakhstan and the Russian Federation during the session of the Supreme Body of the Customs Union, the agency reports citing the president's press service.

Astana. December 10. Kazakhstan Today - The Presidents of Kazakhstan, Nursultan Nazarbayev, Belarus, Alexander Lukashenko, and Russia, Dmitry Medvedev, signed the Declaration on formation of the uniform economic space of Belorussia, Kazakhstan and the Russian Federation during the session of the Supreme Body of the Customs Union, the agency reports citing the president's press service.

"The Presidents of Belorussia, Kazakhstan and the Russian Federation declare that the contract-legal base of the uniform economic space of the Eurasian Economic Community was created on December 9, 2010 at the session of the EurAsEC Interstate Council (the Supreme Body of the Customs Union).

According to the plan of actions on formation of the uniform economic space, confirmed on December 19, 2009, these documents will come into force since January 1, 2012 that will mean the beginning of high-grade functioning of the uniform economic space of Belarus, Kazakhstan and Russia.
