Almaty. October 14. Kazakhstan Today - The Prime Minister of Kazakhstan, Karim Masimov, at the session of the Council of SCO Prime Ministers in Beijing suggested creating Energy Strategy of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO), the agency reports citing RosBusinessConsulting (RBC).
According to the Prime Minister, the real threat to global energy supply is instability in the hydrocarbon markets. "Such situation is caused not only by the differences in the economic conjuncture, but also by some other political reasons. We need to create Energy Strategy to settle this situation," he said.
