Almaty. September 10. Kazakhstan Today - The Prime Ministers of Kazakhstan and Russia, Karim Masimov and Vladimir Putin, discussed cooperation questions in gas and nuclear power-engineering spheres, the agency reports citing ITAR-TASS.

"The Prime Minister of the Russian Federation, Vladimir Putin, and the Prime Minister of Kazakhstan, Karim Masimov, held a telephone conversation on Thursday," the press secretary of the Russian Prime Minister, Dmitry Peskov, informed.

"The officials discussed various issues of trade and economic cooperation of two countries, including cooperation in gas and in the nuclear power-engineering spheres," D. Peskov said.
