Regulatory legal acts to be developed to implement Customs Code of Customs Union
Astana. November 3. Kazakhstan Today - The regulatory legal acts will be developed for implementation of the Customs Code of the Customs Union by November 13, 2010. Vice President of the Customs Control Committee, Igor Ten, informed at the round table 'The Customs Union: From Theory to Practice', the agency reports.
According to I. Ten, the Customs Code have been accepted for three countries of the union. "We managed to include all liberal trade norms to this new Customs Code. We are also finishing the work on creation of the regulatory legal acts for implementation of the new Customs Code. The work will be finished by November 13."
