Russian, Chinese Presidents to sign a number of bilateral documents in Dushanbe
Dushanbe. August 20. Kazakhstan Today - The Presidents of the Peoples Republic of China, Hu Jintao, and Russia, Dmitry Medvedev, plan to sign a number of bilateral documents during the forthcoming official visit to the Republic of Tajikistan, the agency reports referring to Asia Plus agency.
According to the chairman of Information Department of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Tajikistan, Davlat Nazriyev, "there is no information what documents will be signed, as they are now at the stage of coordination. The dates of the visits have been defined: Hu Jintao visit is planned for August 27 and the Russian leader - August 29.
According to the representative of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the President of Tajikistan, Emomali Rahmon, and his Chinese counterpart will hold the meeting in 1+1 format on August 27 and will later have the meeting in the extended structure to sign bilateral documents. The Chairman of the Peoples Republic of China plans to meet the Prime Minister of the country, Akil Akilov, and the chairmen of both chambers of the Tajik Parliament the same day.
Meanwhile, according to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, during the official visit D. Medvedev will meet E. Rahmon and A. Akilov.
The extended session of the delegations of two countries will take place in Dushanbe. The President of the Russian Federation intends to visit 201st Russian military base.
