Senate delegation visited Israel

The chairman of the Senate of the Parliament Kasym-Zhomart Tokayev left for Israel on behalf of the President of the country Nursultan Nazarbayev where the chairman of Kazakhstan delegation will take part in the event devoted to 60th anniversary of formation of Israel, the Senate press service informed the agency.

Kazakhstan Today - The chairman of the Senate of the Parliament Kasym-Zhomart Tokayev left for Israel on behalf of the President of the country Nursultan Nazarbayev where the chairman of Kazakhstan delegation will take part in the event devoted to 60th anniversary of formation of Israel, the Senate press service informed the agency.

According to the press service, many acting and former authoritative politicians from all over the world will take part in the work of the forum in Jerusalem on May 12 -15: the Presidents of the USA, France, Ukraine, Georgia, Slovenia, Latvia, Croatia, Albania, Poland, Burkina Faso, Togo, Thailand, Mongolia, the Prime Minister of Hungary, ex-Prime Ministers of Spain H. Asnar, Great Britain T. Blair, ex-Presidents of the USSR M. Gorbachev, Ukraine L. Kuchma, Indonesia A. Vahid, ex-State Secretary of the USA Kessinger, ex-Minister for Foreign Affairs of Germany J. Fisher, President of World Economic Forum K. Shvab, as well as representatives of the international expert community, scientific world, public institutes and business circles.

The Speaker of the Senate will also take part in the opening ceremony of the conference: Global Future, the Future of Jewish and the future of Israel and will make a report at the plenary session Global Prospect for Tomorrow.

"During the conference positioned as "laboratory" of practical initiatives concerning construction of safe world, defining global system of values, called to influence the principles of modern world system, the plenary sessions, debate sessions will take place as well," the press service informed.

During the visit K. Tokayev will hold meetings with the President of Israel Shimon Peres, the President of Mongolia N. Enhbajar, the chairman of Knesset - Daliya Itzik, and the Chief Rabbi Shlomo Amar.
