Sixth session of Customs Union Commission held in Moscow

The sixth session of the Customs Union Commission was held in Moscow. The press service of the Secretariat of Integration Committee of the Eurasian Economic Community (EurAsEC) informed the agency.

Almaty. June 26. Kazakhstan Today - The sixth session of the Customs Union Commission was held in Moscow. The press service of the Secretariat of Integration Committee of the Eurasian Economic Community (EurAsEC) informed the agency.

According to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Kazakhstan, during the session, its participants planned to consider the project of the Customs Code of the Customs Union, the course of preparation for the negotiations related to WTO entry of the member of the Customs Union, the proposals on development of the mechanism of collection and distribution of customs duties, taxes and dues, and the measures for realization of the plan of action for formation of EurAsEC Customs Union for 2008 - 2010.

First Vice Prime Minister of Kazakhstan, Umirzak Shukeev, Vice Prime Minister of the Russian Federation, Igor Shuvalov, and Vice Prime Minister of Belarus, Andrey Kobyakov took part in the session.
