St. Petersburg to host session of Council of CSTO Parliamentary Assembly
Moscow. May 12. Kazakhstan Today - St. Petersburg will host the session of Council of Parliamentary Assembly (PA) of the Collective Security Treaty Organization (CSTO) on May, 13th, the agency reports citing the press service of the CSTO Secretariat.
According to the press service, the agenda includes consideration of the questions of implementation of the decisions of the extraordinary Moscow (2009) session of Collective Security Council.
The session participants will also consider the program of legal provision of the plan of main actions on strengthening of interstate cooperation, formation and development of system of collective security within the limits of CSTO for the period till 2010, and Parliamentary Assembly Regulations.
The session of PA CSTO Council will be held under presidency of the Speaker of the State Duma of the Russian Federation, Boris Gryzlov.
