Creative groups will also be able to use unmanned aerial vehicles on the territory, including drones.
Tourists visiting Uzbekistan will be allowed to freely take pictures and shoot public places, historical monuments and architectural structures, the website News of Uzbekistan reports. This is stated in the decree of President of the Republic of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev "On measures for the development of inbound tourism."

According to the News of Uzbekistan, there are exceptions. The list of establishments to which this permission does not apply will be approved by law. At the same time, signposts on structures that are on the list should be installed to prohibit all types of filming.

In addition, foreign creative groups will be able to temporarily import and use unmanned aerial vehicles, including drones, on the territory of the republic. This permission applies only to the preparation of photo and video materials about the tourist potential of the country.

It is noted that permission to import drone will be issued at the request of the State Committee for Tourism Development, the Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Uzbekistan and the National Agency "Uzbekkino". His project should be developed within two months.
