The unified custom duties are planned to be coordinated by June, 9th of 2009 within the Customs Union of Kazakhstan, Russia and Belarus. First Vice Prime Minister of the Russian Federation, Igor Shuvalov, said today during the session of the Council of CIS Prime Ministers, the agency reports.

Astana. May 25. Kazakhstan Today - The unified custom duties are planned to be coordinated by June, 9th of 2009 within the Customs Union of Kazakhstan, Russia and Belarus. First Vice Prime Minister of the Russian Federation, Igor Shuvalov, said today during the session of the Council of CIS Prime Ministers, the agency reports.

"The beginning of work of the Customs Union was originally defined for January, 1st, 2011. Last year, the Presidents of Russia, Kazakhstan and Belarus set the new goal to accelerate and shorten this process by 1 year and to do everything so that our states are ready for introduction to the Customs Union and creation of the customs territory by January, 1st, 2010," I. Shuvalov said.

"The First Vice Prime Minister of Kazakhstan, Shukeev, and I have been assigned to find the ways to solve the problems by June, 9th and to present by June, 9th, full coordinated tariffat the meeting of three Prime Ministers in Moscow," he said.
