Central Election Committee of Kazakhstan received 4 inquires during election campaign of deputies of Senate

During the election campaign of deputies of the Senate of Parliament of Kazakhstan the Central Election Committee received 4 inquires on explanation of some provisions of the norms of the election legislation, the agency reports referring to the press service of the Central Election Committee.

Astana. October 8. Kazakhstan Today - During the election campaign of deputies of the Senate of Parliament of Kazakhstan the Central Election Committee received 4 inquires on explanation of some provisions of the norms of the election legislation, the agency reports referring to the press service of the Central Election Committee.

"During the election campaign the Central Election Committee received 4 inquires. They are not connected with infringements of the norms of the election legislation but requested explanations of some of its provisions," the press service informs.

"As a whole, the election campaign was organized, open and democratic," the press release informed. "284 international and Kazakhstan observers monitored the elections. The experts of the mission of SCO member countries and the missions of the Executive Committee and Inter-Parliamentary Assembly of the CIS countries have positively estimated the level of the election process in Kazakhstan," the document explained.

As it was informed earlier, the elections of 16 deputies of the Senate of Parliament of Kazakhstan passed on October 4, 2008.
