"Our leadership has repeatedly declared that Russia is not at war with Georgia - we are not at war with Georgian people. The Russian leadership condemns the decision, steps of the Georgian management on escalation of this conflict," Vladimir Sprinchan declared. It is known, that about one million of Georgian live in the territory of Russia and it is a worthy, organic part of the Russian society. And, undoubtedly, that Georgian people do not have any hostile feelings towards Russian people," he considers.

"Unfortunately, all this has resulted due to thoughtless and may be deliberate actions of the President of Georgia," the Russian Embassy representative considers.
