CSTO countries supported proposal to forbid deliveries of weapon to Georgia

The member countries of Collective Security Treaty Organization (CSTO) supported proposal to forbid deliveries of weapons to Georgia. The decision was accepted during the session of Council of secretaries of the memebr countries of the organization taken place in Yerevan, the agency reports referring to RIA Novosti.

Almaty. September 5. Kazakhstan Today - The member countries of Collective Security Treaty Organization (CSTO) supported proposal to forbid deliveries of weapons to Georgia. The decision was accepted during the session of Council of secretaries of the memebr countries of the organization taken place in Yerevan, the agency reports referring to RIA Novosti.

According to Secretary of Security Council of the Russian Federation, Nikolay Patrushev, "we know that a lot of states supplied, armed Georgia and Saakashvili and the military budget of the country has increased by more than 30 times.

"We are against armed regime of Saakashvili, prerequisites for genocide of this or that people," he emphasized.

"The participants of the session have expressed concern about the presence of the military ships of the USA and NATO in the waters of the Black Sea." "We see that humanitarian cargoes delivered by warships equipped with modern arms and we can not help being concerned," N. Patrushev said.
