CSTO Secretary General, Nikolay Bordyuzha, informed during the first session of Coordination Council for Emergency Situations of CSTO member states, the agency reports.

According to N. Bordjuzha, "all CSTO members feel uneasy observing creation of military objects or such serious structures as anti-missile defense. These actions cause the necessity of formation on CSTO boundaries new military infrastructure, restoration of some of its elements of Soviet Union times."

"The role of Collective Rapid Reaction Forces in Central Asia increases in order to maintain collective security.

The decision on strengthening military component of the organization was accepted during the summit of CSTO member countries in Moscow.

The other important aspect - development of military-technical cooperation within CSTO. Special commission has been created for this purpose and joint documents have been prepared for signing - the Agreement on joint development of utilization and manufacture of arms of new model," N.
