Document on inter-parliamentary cooperation of Kazakhstan and Kyrgyzstan signed in Almaty

The Parliament of Kyrgyzstan and Majilis of Parliament of Kazakhstan signed regulations of the inter-parliamentary cooperation commission in Almaty, on June 19, following the results of the first session of the inter-parliamentary cooperation commission. The regulations were signed by Assistant Speaker of Parliament of Kyrgyzstan, Kubanychbek Isabekov, and Vice President of Majilis, Zhanibek Karibzhanov, the agency reports citing Parliament of Kyrgyzstan press service.

Kazakhstan Today - The Parliament of Kyrgyzstan and Majilis of Parliament of Kazakhstan signed regulations of the inter-parliamentary cooperation commission in Almaty, on June 19, following the results of the first session of the inter-parliamentary cooperation commission. The regulations were signed by Assistant Speaker of Parliament of Kyrgyzstan, Kubanychbek Isabekov, and Vice President of Majilis, Zhanibek Karibzhanov, the agency reports citing Parliament of Kyrgyzstan press service.

According to the press service, according to the regulations, the inter-parliamentary cooperation commission was formed for organization and coordination of bilateral inter-parliamentary relations based on article 3 of the memorandum on cooperation, signed on September 22, 2008 in Bishkek.

"The next session of the commission will be held in September in Kyrgyzstan," K. Isabekov said, having suggested considering the model bills directed at strengthening of and expansion of bilateral cooperation.
