Educational grants for students and long-term credits to be introduced since March, 1

The Prime Minister of Kazakhstan, Karim Masimov, informed at the government session today additional educational grants for students and long-term credits on favorable terms will start operating since March, 1st, 2009, the agency reports.

Astana. February 17. Kazakhstan Today - The Prime Minister of Kazakhstan, Karim Masimov, informed at the government session today additional educational grants for students and long-term credits on favorable terms will start operating since March, 1st, 2009, the agency reports.

"Privileges for support of students were accepted today," K. Masimov said.

As informed earlier, on February, 12th at the expanded session of the bureau of the Political Council of the People's Democratic Party Nur Otan, the President of Kazakhstan, Nursultan Nazarbayev, charged the government to allocate additional state educational grants for honors students since the third year of study.
