Employees of law-enforcement structures to be reduced by 10 - 15 %

Employees of the law-enforcement structures will be reduced, in connection with the president's decree on the reform of the law-enforcement system, by 10 - 15 %. Vice Minister of Internal Affairs of Kazakhstan, Alexander Kulinich, informed during an online-conference, the agency reports.

Kazakhstan Today - Employees of the law-enforcement structures will be reduced, in connection with the president's decree on the reform of the law-enforcement system, by 10 - 15 %. Vice Minister of Internal Affairs of Kazakhstan, Alexander Kulinich, informed during an online-conference, the agency reports.

"Employees of the law-enforcement structures as well as other state bodies will be reduced by 10 - 15 %. Peripheral services will be reduced. The basic services - divisions of struggle against criminality, protection of public order, and the so-called regional divisions will not be reduced," A. Kulinich said.

As informed earlier, on August 17, 2010, the head of state, Nursultan Nazarbayev, signed the decree on the measures to increase efficiency of the law-enforcement and the judicial systems in the Republic of Kazakhstan."
