Execution of President's assignment on Almaty construction prolonged till November 1 - Masimov

Astana. September 24. Kazakhstan Today - Execution of the assignment of the President of Kazakhstan Nursultan Nazarbayev regarding Almaty building up has been prolonged till November 1. The Prime Minister of Kazakhstan Karim Masimov informed on Friday at the governmental commission session, the agency reports.

"The issue has appeared to be more complex than I assumed. Therefore, I have addressed the leader of the state with the request to prolong the implementation of the assignment till November," K. Masimov stated.

As it was informed earlier, on September 11 the commission headed by the Prime Minister of the country concerning Almaty building up had been created in the government on behalf of the leader of the state.

The structure of the commission includes the Ministers of Finance, Justice, Economy and Budgetary Planning, Industry and Commerce, Environmental Protection, Emergency, chairman of Agency for Land Resources, as well as the assistant to the General Public Prosecutor.
