Almaty. April 26. Kazakhstan Today - Kazakhstan government confirmed the rules of carrying out of electronic purchases, the agency reports citing the government's order of April 2, 2010 №281, published today in official mass media.

"According to subparagraph 14, article 13, of the law of Kazakhstan of July 21, 2007, on state purchases, Kazakhstan government decides to confirm the rules of carrying out of electronic state purchases."

"The order will come into force from the date of its first official publication."

"The rules do not apply to the state purchases carried out according to the special procedures of state purchases through tenders and the special procedure of state purchases intended for defense."
