Astana. May 17. Kazakhstan Today - The Kazakhstan government will address the head of state with the request to partially lift moratorium on granting of the subsoil use rights. The Minister of Industry and New Technologies of Kazakhstan, Aset Isekeshev, informed today during the governmental hour in Majilis, the agency reports.

"As for participation of mineral raw materials in the forced industrially-innovative development program and the moratorium, which the head of state imposed on this process, the government is preparing the address to the head of state on cancelation of this moratorium," A. Isekeshev said.

He explained, "It is not easy to lift moratorium in those directions of the project of the industrialization program, if there is a good project and the investor." "If it is a good project for the country and for the branch, the state will meet half way. If, as earlier, the investor takes a deposit and does nothing, this will not be allowed, it will be forbidden," A. Isekeshev explained.

"We plan to address the head of state with the request to support those subsoil users who are ready to actively participate in the industrialization program," he noted.
