Government to allocate $5 billion for stabilization of national economy

The Prime Minister of Kazakhstan, Karim Masimov, today during the expanded selector government session, informed the government of Kazakhstan will allocate nearly $5 billion for stabilization of the national economy, the agency reports.

Astana. February 2. Kazakhstan Today - The Prime Minister of Kazakhstan, Karim Masimov, today during the expanded selector government session, informed the government of Kazakhstan will allocate nearly $5 billion for stabilization of the national economy, the agency reports.

"$1 billion will be allocated to Kazkommertsbank and $1 billion to the National Bank," K. Masimov informed.

"We made a decision today to allocate $1 billion 700 million to BTA and $200 million to Alliance Bank," he informed.

"About $4 billion up to the end of the day will be invested into the national economy through the system forming banks to solve the problems in housing construction, small and medium scale businesses, etc.," the Prime Minister said.
