Great Britain supports Kazakhstan introduction to WTO - Tony Blair

Astana. November 22. Kazakhstan Today - The Great Britain supports the Kazakhstan introduction in WTO. The Prime Minister of Great Britain Tony Blair said during press conference in London, during the visit of the President of Kazakhstan Nursultan Nazarbayev to London, the President's press service informed the agency.

T. Blair noted, "this visit reflects very strong relations of Kazakhstan and the Great Britain." "Our country is the second largest investor in the economy of Kazakhstan. We plan to develop bilateral cooperation not only in trade and economic sphere. We also effectively cooperate in the field of avia transportations and maintenance of regional safety," he emphasized.

"Kazakhstan is an example for the whole region. We need stable partners. Therefore, I consider that Europe should establish qualitatively new relations with Kazakhstan as a strategic partner," T. Blair stated.

In his turn, the President of Kazakhstan emphasized, "Kazakh-British economic cooperation has been developing dynamically."
