Growth of economy of Kazakhstan for 8 months of 2008 has made 105.2 %. The Prime Minister of Kazakhstan, Karim Masimov, informed at the governmental hour in Majilis of Parliament on Tuesday, the agency reports. "As planned by the government, growth of economy for 8 months of 2008 has made 105.2 %," K. Masimov said. "In modern conditions it is an optimum growth taking into account that we have set the task of restraining inflation within certain limits."

Astana. October 1. Kazakhstan Today - Growth of economy of Kazakhstan for 8 months of 2008 has made 105.2 %. The Prime Minister of Kazakhstan, Karim Masimov, informed at the governmental hour in Majilis of Parliament on Tuesday, the agency reports.

"As planned by the government, growth of economy for 8 months of 2008 has made 105.2 %," K. Masimov said. "In modern conditions it is an optimum growth taking into account that we have set the task of restraining inflation within certain limits."

"In August of 2008 rate of inflation as compared to December of 2007 made 7.5 %. It is one of the lowest parameters of inflation on all CIS space," K. Masimov concluded.
