Head of state signed law on executive powers and status of judicial executors

The head of state, Nursultan Nazarbayev, signed the law on executive powers and the status of judicial executors, the agency reports citing the president's press service.

Astana. April 2. Kazakhstan Today - The head of state, Nursultan Nazarbayev, signed the law on executive powers and the status of judicial executors, the agency reports citing the president's press service.

According to the press service, the head of state signed the law on executive powers and the status of judicial executors aimed at introduction in the country of the institute of private judicial executors and modernization of the present system of compulsory execution of documents.

According to the press service, the President signed the law of Kazakhstan on the amendments and additions to some acts of Kazakhstan concerning executive powers directed at bringing some acts in conformity with the law on executive manufacture and the status of judicial executors.
