Invitation to visit Kazakhstan sent to US State Secretary

In connection with the solemn ceremony of laying of the first stone of the Kazakhstan-American Islamic Cultural Center planned in May, 2009, the management of the Kazakhstan-American Cooperation Organization sent the invitation to the American State Secretary, Hillary Clinton, to visit Kazakhstan, the agency reports citing the press service of the Organization of Kazakhstan-American Cooperation.

Almaty. April 22. Kazakhstan Today - In connection with the solemn ceremony of laying of the first stone of the Kazakhstan-American Islamic Cultural Center planned in May, 2009, the Kazakhstan-American Cooperation Organization sent the invitation to the American State Secretary, Hillary Clinton, to visit Kazakhstan, the agency reports citing the press service of the Organization of Kazakhstan-American Cooperation.

"The invitation has been sent to Minneapolis congressman, Kate Allison, representing Muslims of the United States," the press service informed.

According to the Organization of the Kazakhstan-American Cooperation, the Kazakhstan-American Cultural Center will be built with the support of the American Muslims and will be given as a gift to the Kazakhstan people. The agreement was reached during the visit of Director American office of the organization, Hasan Kamal, in Almaty in February 20, 2009.
