Kazakh police to use weapons without warning

According to a rule of law, police officers are entitled to the use of weapons without warning if an attack threatens their lives directly.

Astana. February 14. Kazakhstan Today - The Ministry of Internal Affairs proposes to give police the right to use weapons without warning, Kazakhstan Today reports.

Today, Deputy Minister of Internal Affairs Yerlik Kenenbaev presented in Majilis the draft law "On the internal affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan," according to the official media.

According to a rule of law, police officers are entitled to the use of weapons without warning if an attack threatens their lives directly.

In addition, the associated amendments to the legislation provide enforcement officers with the right of using gas, electric, cold-bladed, throwing and signaling weapon along with fire weapon.
